Fantasy Basel 2016
A photo summary of our visit to the Fantasy Basel 2016 – The Swiss Comic Con where we went saturday. An epic day, in which we met and saw many people 🙂
It was so great to see and speak with Kamui Cosplay, Yaya Han, Stylouz Cosplay, Folkenstal Armory, Tinkerer Works, Power Pression Cosplay (and so many others).
And finally, we participated in the Fantasy Basel cosplay contest… time for our first on stage presentation (not just a catwalk). This day finished on a high with a 2nd place in the armor category for the Black Knight and the first place «Cosplay of the Day» as well as the first prize festival winner for the Warsong Commander.
A huge thank you to the Cosplayschmiede team with their Cospital booth (a truly lifesaving place) and to Oli, our Mister-Cosplay-Helper next to the main stage, you are the real MVP!
And because it would be too long to tell you the whole thing, just have a look at the pics (FYI, there was Maël dressed as the Black Knight, I -Marie- as the Warsong Commander, my little sister Anne who came to give us a hand, and Joris who is not on many photos as he took them 😉 ):
